Overview

The report describes the Group's revised climate roadmap, targeting a 50% reduction in energy-source greenhouse-gas emissions by FY2030 against FY2013 and carbon neutrality by 2050. It also reports that FY2023 Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 calculations received limited assurance from SOCOTEC Certification Japan. In product development, the company launched the low-GWP KSG-5 etching gas in April 2024 and continues developing lower-impact specialty gases and lithium-recycling capabilities.
