Consolidated Non-Financial Report

Overview

The report presents Kapsch TrafficCom's first consolidated Non-Financial Report for fiscal year 2017/18 under new Austrian NaDiVeG requirements and based on GRI G4 Core. It records a stakeholder-led materiality process that selected 15 activity areas, including product innovation, climate protection, employee satisfaction, resource efficiency and knowledge management. The report also describes an integrated HSSEQ management system with ISO certifications and sustainability coordination by an officer reporting directly to the Executive Board. Its environmental, employee, human-rights, anti-corruption and community sections provide the main non-financial disclosures for the year.
