Overview

The report describes Karoon's first full year of production from the Baúna field, the resulting operational transition and the company's new climate strategy. It reports FY2022 Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 82,870 tCO2e in total and introduces Scope 3 reporting, estimated at approximately 2,000,000 tCO2e. Karoon also reports its carbon-neutral and Net Zero 2035 targets for Scope 1 and 2 emissions. PwC provided limited assurance over the selected Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions data.
