Overview

The report is Kavli Group's first Group-level sustainability report and presents its 2025 consolidated performance across environment, governance and social topics. It reports 310 567 tCO2e of total Scope 1-3 emissions, a 55.4% renewable energy share, and 565 327 m3 of water consumption. The Group's 2024 double materiality analysis identified 49 material impacts, risks and opportunities, while Group-wide climate targets remain under development. Workforce highlights include 1 005 employees, a 38.2% female manager share and 90.3% employee satisfaction.
