Overview

The report describes KHI Group's Environmental Vision 2020 and its 7th Environmental Management Activities Plan, including a companywide 10% CO2 basic-unit reduction target by fiscal 2013. It reports fiscal 2011 CO2 emissions of about 260,000t-CO2 and total waste emissions of about 59,700 tons, with recycling at 96%. The Group's consolidated material balance records net sales of ¥1,226.9 billion and water input of 6,880,000 m3. It also reports ISO 14001 certification at all KHI production bases and 95.4% completion of targeted subsidiary EMS structures.
