Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report expands KBC's CSR reporting from Belgium to Belgium and principal Central and Eastern European operations. It presents consolidated environmental performance indicators for those operations, including energy, water, waste and direct greenhouse gas emissions. The report follows the 2002 GRI guidelines and includes a GRI content index. Ernst & Young provides a limited assurance engagement over the report's quantitative information and policy descriptions.
