Overview

The report describes the Group's sustainability statement across its four business segments and identifies material matters spanning environmental, social and governance themes. It reports 1,137 employees and 77 contract workers at 31 December 2022, alongside 6,805 training hours and no fatalities from workplace accidents. The Group recorded two human rights violations, relating to sexual harassment cases, while reporting no confirmed bribery or corruption cases or penalties. Group revenue was RM1,827,572,000 for 2022, with sustainability oversight assigned to the Board and Audit Committee.
