Overview

The report describes 2015 as a year of progress despite Group revenue declining 2% to £1,562.4m, while operating profit rose to £103.4m. Safety performance included a reduction in accident frequency, but two employees died in a Malaysia sinkhole accident. Keller reported Group Scope 1 emissions of 168,392 tonnes CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 9,032 tonnes CO2e, with all units reporting primary emission data. The HSE Committee oversaw health, safety and environmental matters, while the Group completed acquisitions of Bencor and Austral.
