Sustainability Report (Mandatory)

Overview

The report presents Kestrel's first mandatory climate-related Sustainability Report prepared under the Corporations Act and AASB S2. It reports 2025 Scope 1 emissions of 1,150,221 tCO2-e, Scope 2 emissions of 132,708 tCO2-e, and Scope 3 emissions of 5,688,584 tCO2-e. The Board approved the decarbonisation strategies, including a coal mine waste gas power station and a Ventilation Air Methane Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser project. The report also sets out 2025 and 2026 climate-related targets, including flaring targets and continued Scope 1, 2, and 3 reporting.
