Overview

The report describes a transformative FY2025 in which the company completed its restructuring, resumed trading on the Singapore Exchange and entered grid-scale battery storage infrastructure. Group revenue was US$5.8 million, while a one-off debt-forgiveness gain contributed to profit from continuing operations.
