Overview

The report covers FY2021, when COVID-19 restrictions disrupted construction and manufacturing operations and reduced consolidated revenue to RM691.09 million. The Group completed the Serian Section of the Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak project and held approximately RM1.69 billion and RM0.4 billion of construction and manufacturing order books. Its Sustainability Statement describes Board oversight, material sustainability matters, and realized actions on IBS, waste, anti-bribery, occupational safety and health, and COVID-19 controls.
