Overview

The report presents FY 2024-25 as a year of continued transformation toward electric mobility. The company completed development of the DX and DX+ electric scooters, commissioned a 55m vehicle assembly line at Kinetic Watts & Volts, and expanded its EV component capabilities. It also describes environmental actions including replacing oil-based furnaces with electric furnaces, solar-power generation and waste-management controls.
