Overview

The report covers Kinetic's FY24 and FY25 sustainability efforts and highlights a FY25 196,723 t-CO2e Scope 1 footprint, 23,129 t-CO2e Scope 2 emissions and 30,741 MWh of energy consumption. It reports women at 19.6% of the total workforce and average training at 26.06 hours per employee. FY25 recorded zero employee and contractor fatalities, while no Code of Conduct-related breaches occurred in either year. Kinetic also targets 100% zero-emission urban fleet by 2035 and launched its Innovate-level Reconciliation Action Plan in June 2025.
