Overview

The report describes Kingdee International and its subsidiaries' 2025 ESG performance across governance, social, and environmental topics. It continued to use a double materiality assessment based on impact and financial materiality. The Group reported 321.44 tCO2e of Scope 1, 7,928.17 tCO2e of Scope 2, and 109,750.71 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions, including five Scope 3 categories. Board oversight, climate governance, employee development, and environmental management are prominent themes, and selected ESG KPIs received independent limited assurance from TÜV Rheinland.
