Overview

The report describes Kingfisher's 2019/20 responsible-business progress across colleagues, planet, customers and communities. It reports an 18% reduction in scope 1 and 2 emissions and says its carbon targets were approved by SBTi. Sustainable Home Products generated 37% of Group sales, while the company established a Board Responsible Business Committee. The report also records 198,000 tonnes of waste generated and no work-related fatalities.
