Overview

The report presents the Group's 2025 ESG disclosures for PRC property operations, covering 477 employees and reporting zero work-related fatalities. It reports 6,807.50 tCO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, alongside a 2030 target to reduce greenhouse gas intensity by 5% from 2022. Resource metrics include 12,699.16 MWh of total energy consumption and 1,070,310.00 m3 of water consumption, both higher than 2024.
