Overview

The report presents KKR's Global Impact strategy across climate action, sustainable living, lifelong learning and inclusive growth, with over $1bn invested in 15 companies contributing to 12 SDGs. It reports 2021 cross-portfolio ESG performance of 69,000 metric tons of CO2 equivalent emitted, 22% diverse board members, 38% diverse employees and 550 jobs created. The report also describes work helping portfolio companies measure Scope 1 and 2 emissions and highlights portfolio-company climate ambitions. Its cumulative SDG outcomes include 16 million metric tons of municipal solid waste treated and 974,000 students accessing digital personalized learning.
