Overview

The report describes Konica Minolta's Eco Vision 2050, including an 80% CO~2~ reduction target from fiscal 2005 levels throughout product life cycles by 2050. For fiscal 2008, the Group reduced product-life-cycle CO~2~ emissions to 853,000 tons, a 27% decrease from fiscal 2000. The report also records the Group's December 2008 signing of the United Nations Global Compact and a workforce of 36,875 regular employees across 86 companies in 27 countries.
