Overview

The report presents Konica Minolta's fiscal 2014 CSR performance across environmental, customer, supply-chain, employee and community themes. It highlights the launch of the Green Suppliers Initiative and environmental-management support reaching individuals from nearly 300 companies. The Group reports 1,367 thousand tons of supply-chain CO2 emissions, including 171 thousand tons Scope 1, 227 thousand tons Scope 2 and 968 thousand tons Scope 3, and obtained limited assurance from KPMG AZSA Sustainability Co., Ltd. It also reports zero serious accidents and 41,598 consolidated regular employees.
