Overview

The report describes the Group’s adoption of the Hong Kong ESG Reporting Guide, Board-backed ESG governance and a Beijing solar generation project implemented in late 2016. It reports 1,064 Group employees and describes regular employee training, supply-chain audits, occupational safety measures and anti-corruption controls. It also discloses an environmental compliance incident at Allied Wangchao involving excess NOx emissions and a RMB300,000 fine.
