Overview

The report presents Kossan's 2020 sustainability approach across Sustainable Business Growth, Social Responsibility and Environmental Stewardship, covering its Gloves and TRP business units. It prioritised eight sustainability themes through a materiality process and reported pandemic responses including group-wide COVID-19 screening, foreign-worker care and RM16.4 million of remediation payments, alongside 65,887 training hours. Environmental actions included energy and water reduction initiatives, ISO 14001:2015 certification at two plants and photovoltaic installations at two plants.
