Overview

The report is Kotak Mahindra Group's second Integrated Annual Report, combining financial and sustainability performance for FY 2021-22. It reports a Group materiality assessment, expanded environmental coverage and Group Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions. The Group reported 1,21,483 employees and 28% women employees, alongside substantial CSR activity and a Board-level CSR and ESG Committee. Selected sustainability indicators received limited assurance from Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP.
