Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents KLK Group's 2017 Corporate Responsibility work through KLKCare's four pillars: Education, Community, Environment and Employee. Education initiatives included five learning centres, 18 kindergartens and two primary schools in Sabah, benefiting 1,543 students in FY2017. Community work in Liberia provided 32 hand pumps to villages, more than 500km of road access and free medical services averaging 630 patients per month. Employee initiatives covered housing, health, sports, blood donation and wellness activities across Malaysia, Indonesia and Germany.
