Overview

The report presents the company's sustainability approach through economic, environmental and social outcomes across its Construction and Property Development and Manufacturing divisions. Sustainability responsibility is delegated by the Board to the Risk Management and Audit Committee, supported by a management Sustainability Committee. The report describes a materiality assessment identifying eight key sustainability issues, including environmental compliance, waste management, energy efficiency, occupational safety and health, and labour practices. It also provides operating-level disclosures on waste, energy, water, workplace safety, training and workforce diversity, together with several ISO and OHSAS certifications.
