Overview

The report describes the Group's 2017/18 ESG work across environmental protection, social welfare and governance. It highlights that over 50% of the fleet comprised newer Euro V and Euro VI vehicles, with about 150 older vehicles replaced during the year. The report also discloses 89,739,000 kg of CO2-equivalent GHG emissions and approximately 21,000m3 of water consumption. Governance highlights include a zero-tolerance anti-corruption policy, whistleblowing arrangements and employee-supported community fundraising.
