Overview

The report sets out L&Q's 20% greenhouse-gas reduction target by 31 March 2024 against a 2019-20 baseline, alongside a net-zero carbon commitment by 2050. It reports 30,159.53 tCO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions for 2021/22 and describes purchasing 100% renewable electricity from October 2021. L&Q developed 4,157 new homes during the year, of which 2,532 were affordable. DNV provided assurance over carbon emissions, average SAP and community investment metrics.
