Overview

The report presents L3Harris's first comprehensive ESG disclosure for the combined company, including a formal materiality assessment and a new ESG governance structure. In 2020, the company reported 31,637 metric tons of Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduced year over year and set a 30% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2026 from a 2019 baseline. It diverted 7,083 tons of waste from landfill, representing 39% of all waste generated. The report also highlights 17% female Board representation and 100% anti-corruption training completion.
