Overview

The report is Lactalis Ingredients' first CSR report and sets out a cross-disciplinary approach covering economic, social, environmental and societal responsibilities. It links selected initiatives to the Sustainable Development Goals and reports a carbon footprint of 0.53 t of CO2 per tonne produced, with a 2025 reduction target of -10%, alongside water consumption of 8.63 m3 per tonne and a -5% target. Other highlighted results include 97.87% compliance with animal-welfare guidelines, 80% of food factories certified to FSSC 22000, and programmes supporting workplace safety, well-being and skills development.
