Overview

The report describes LRH's 2022 materiality assessment and Board-approved sustainability framework. It reports combined Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions of 45,454.35 tonnes, total potable water use of 1,254,607 m3, and waste of 1,527 cubic metres. Associate development included 189,617 training hours and an average of 8.76 hours per associate per month. Future KPIs target a 40% reduction in total emissions by 2025 and 66% by 2030.
