Overview

The report describes Landsec's 2017/18 progress in embedding sustainability across its property activities. Carbon intensity was reduced by 28.6% against the 2013/14 baseline, while 100% of operational waste was diverted from landfill and 74.9% was recycled. The company had secured 1,149 jobs for disadvantaged people since 2011 and reached the CDP A-list for the first time. It also disclosed Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, with selected sustainability data receiving limited assurance from EY.
