Overview

The report sets out Landsec's commitment to become a net zero carbon company by 2030 and its approved target to reduce absolute Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 70% from a 2013/14 baseline. It reports 100% renewable electricity procurement, 42% absolute carbon-emissions reduction against the baseline and more than £4.8m of social value created during the year. The report also provides detailed GHG Protocol emissions, energy, waste and social-performance disclosures.
