Overview

The report presents Landsec's 2020/21 sustainability performance across its portfolio, including 169,736,844.58 kWh of total energy consumption and 231,223 tCO2e of total emissions. It reports £6,552,911 of social value created through community programmes and a 50.0% share of women on the Board. Landsec's absolute carbon reduction target is a 70% reduction by 2030 from a 2013/14 baseline, alongside a commitment to become net zero carbon by 2030.
