Overview

The report describes strong FY26 operational performance while highlighting progress on sustainability commitments. Landsec reported a 33% reduction in emissions against its FY20 baseline, set a 47% Scope 1, 2 and 3 reduction target by 2030, and committed to reach net zero by 2040. Its Landsec Futures programme supported 19,049 people toward employment and generated £147m of social value. EY provided limited assurance over selected sustainability-related data and statements.
