Overview

The report presents Landstar's inaugural sustainability report, covering safety, environmental stewardship and its network of independent business owners and employees. It reports 2022 Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 207, 2,273 and 4,480,582 Metric Tons of CO2-e, respectively. Landstar also says it participated in CDP for the first time and highlights efficiency initiatives, including 99.95% of its owned over-the-road van fleet fitted with aerodynamic devices. The report includes SASB Road Transportation disclosures and describes safety programs across its network.
