Overview

The report describes Latham's 2022 ESG progress, including a baseline of 14,872 MTCO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions. It reports more than 25,000 hours of health and safety training and a formal ESG governance structure. ESG strategy was overseen by the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
