Overview

The report describes Latham's 2023 measurement of 14,375 metric tons of Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and continued operational sustainability efforts. It reports 221,779 GJ of total energy consumption and 0% renewable energy, alongside recycling of scrap vinyl, plastic, steel and aluminum. Social highlights include over 25,000 hours of health and safety training and reductions in turnover and incident rates. ESG oversight is assigned to the Board, its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and an ESG working group.
