Overview

The report presents selected 2017 sustainability indicators across environmental, social and community activities. It reports 457,479 kWh of electricity consumption, 1,238 m3 of water consumption and zero work-related fatalities at Group level. The report also records 534 Group-level employees and states that 237 customer complaints were resolved, representing 100% resolution. Community initiatives are organized around Education, Community, Environment and Health.
