Overview

The report describes LBS Group's FY2022 sustainability governance, performance and targets. The Board directly oversees material ESG matters, while the Group reported Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions using the GHG Protocol and committed to net zero carbon emissions by 2050. Workforce reporting covered 489 employees, 5,887 training hours and an average of 12.6 training hours per employee. Environmental highlights included 15,596 kg of waste diverted from landfill and expanded emissions, energy and water data collection.
