Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents LEG's 2019 sustainability performance for the fully consolidated Group, using GRI Standards (Core) and EPRA recommendations. It highlights the establishment of the "Your Home Helps" foundation with around 16 million euros, more than 120 neighbourhood events, and energy modernisation begun on around 4,800 additional residential units. Environmental disclosures cover energy, water, GHG emissions and waste, while the report also details workforce health, diversity and community engagement. The separate non-financial Group report received limited assurance from PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH under ISAE 3000 (Revised).
