Overview

The report describes Lennox International's 2017 sustainability efforts across operations, products, safety, ethics, diversity and community engagement. It reports reductions since 2009 of 31 percent in revenue-normalized energy use, 68 percent in greenhouse gas emissions, 55 percent in solid waste and 79 percent in water use. Product initiatives include ultra-low NOx furnaces, lower-GWP refrigerants and LED lighting, while ethics training and safety programs support employees. The company says LII and its employees supported nearly 600 nonprofit organizations in 2017.
