Overview

The report describes Lenzing Group's 2017 sustainability strategy, including group-wide targets for sulfur emissions, wastewater, suppliers, conservation and transparency. It highlights new sustainable products such as LENZING ECOVERO, REFIBRA technology and TENCEL Luxe, while reporting 1.73 million metric tons of Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions and 140,149 metric tons of waste. The Group employed 6,315 people and reported no fatal injuries. The combined consolidated non-financial report was subject to limited independent assurance by KPMG Austria GmbH.
