Overview

The report highlights Liberty's focus on diversity, reconciliation and environmental action, alongside its financial-inclusion purpose. As at 30 June 2022, women represented 20% of the Board of Directors, 41% of leadership roles and 48% of all staff. During FY22, Liberty published a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and announced a goal to be carbon neutral by 2030.
