Overview

The report describes Liberty's FY23 ESG activities across people, customers, reconciliation, social impact, environment and governance. It reports that women represented 33% of the Board, 44% of leadership roles and 54% of all staff as at 31 March 2023. Liberty recertified as a B Corp with a B Impact Score of 107.2, while its environmental program reported a 5% Scope 2 reduction and a 50% reduction in landfill waste. It also announced a 2030 carbon-neutral target, commissioned a GHG assessment and progressed its Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan, including sourcing 50% of in-office consumables from First Nations businesses.
