Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Lidl's 2025 sustainability activity through its international CSR strategy and five fields of action. Its YOU initiative had reached over 386,000 employees worldwide, while the Short & Good learning series had produced 11 episodes by fiscal year-end. Lidl and the other Schwarz Group companies conducted a double materiality analysis covering 31 sustainability topics and considering impact and financial materiality across the value chain. The chapter also describes Lidl's long-term WWF partnership focused on climate protection, biodiversity, natural resources and responsible sourcing.
