Overview

The report describes Lifecare's 2025 transition from technology validation to a fully integrated, reproducibly manufactured implantable CGM platform. It highlights an ongoing longevity study validating biocompatibility and functional coherence, alongside progress toward first-in-human trials and CE marking. The Group reported 26 employees at year-end and revenue and other income of NOK 6 640 thousand. It also reports no corruption or whistleblowing incidents and no work-related accidents resulting in material damage or personal injury.
