Overview

The report establishes Ligentia's first global carbon baseline, covering verified Scope 1 and 2 emissions and partial Scope 3 data. It sets a 7% annual emissions reduction target from 2025 onwards and records the company's first Double Materiality assessment. Ligentia also reports its UN Global Compact signatory status and continued alignment with the SDGs. Social highlights include workforce growth to 1,302 employees, expanded employee development and wellbeing initiatives, and community programs across its regions.
