The report presents Linde's 2025 sustainability performance across climate, energy, workforce and governance. It reports a 35% absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions-reduction target for 2035, validated by the SBTi, and 50% of electricity consumption from low-carbon sources. The company had 65,177 employees and reported zero employee and contractor fatalities for 2025. Linde also completed its first double materiality assessment, integrating financial and impact materiality.
