Overview

The report presents LKQ's 2021 sustainability performance across environmental, people and governance topics. It reports global Scope 1 emissions of 261,952.96 MT CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 69,111.92 MT CO2e, Scope 3 emissions of 12,265.34 MT CO2e, and total energy use of 4,682,755 GJ. LKQ established a 30% Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions-intensity reduction target by 2030 relative to its 2021 baseline and a net-zero target across operations by 2050. It also highlights recycling achievements, including 780,000 vehicles procured and 13.8M individual parts sold.
