Overview

The report presents LDC's 2022 Group-wide sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance topics. It reports 992,704 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 443,921 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, alongside total energy consumption of 32,325,029 GJ. LDC reports a new target to reduce global Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 33.6% from a 2022 baseline by 2030, while its Scope 3 work covered 13 of 15 GHG Protocol categories without publishing a total. Socially, the report records approximately 17,000 employees and one work-related fatality in 2022.
