Our CSR Commitments

Overview

The report presents the Louis Hachette Group's first common CSR strategy, “Cultures in Motion,” defined in December 2025. It reports the Group's first non-financial ratings, including a CDP Climate Ranking B and an MSCI BBB rating. It also highlights decarbonisation initiatives, including an SBTi-validated pathway for Lagardère Travel Retail, as well as resource, waste, and responsible-sourcing programmes. Social highlights include 47% women among top executives, 11,6 hours of training per employee on average, and over 34,000 employees worldwide.
